California Prop 65 Compliance

Proposition 65 requires businesses to provide warnings to Californians about significant exposures to chemicals that cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm. These chemicals can be in the products that Californians purchase, in their homes or workplaces, or that are released into the environment. By requiring that this information be provided, Proposition 65 enables Californians to make informed decisions about their exposures to these chemicals.

Proco Products, Inc. complies with Proposition 65 by labeling certain products that can expose you to such chemicals.

Effective August 30, 2018, products supplied by Proco that contain Neoprene (Chloroprene) and/or Nitrile (NBR) will be labeled accordingly. Please see the label below. It is 3.50″ X .6875″ with an 8-point Arial font.

Proco will place this label on the box containing the product or on a tag that is wired to any product that is not boxed. These labels will ONLY be placed on products that are shipped within the State of California.

All resellers of these products will be responsible to place their own label on these products that are shipped into or within the State of California. The only exception will be if Proco directly ships on behalf of the reseller to a location in California, at which time those products will be labeled accordingly.

We ask that you refer to www.P65Warnings.ca.gov or contact Proco for further information.

We thank you for your continued support and understanding.
