Proco Products, Inc. – a leader in rubber expansion joint technology, manufacture, supply and service – is currently developing an expansion joint that will attach to unfriendly flange arrangements such as butterfly valves, wafer check valves or HDPE stub end flanges. The new Style 280 single, double or triple arch expansion joint will be built to handle these tough sealing connections and ensure proper seal. This design will replace the full faced flange arrangement such as our Series 230 which can have sealing issues when installing to these surfaces where there is not enough sealing surface.

• Polyester tire cord of Kevlar® wrapped around a solid steel ring in the base of the rubber flange

  • Provides superior sealing
• Available in non-standard face-to-face dimensions
• TEFLON® lining available
• Compensates for offset bolt holes and some piping misalignment
